2iC-Care's story began when our founder Richard Keyse witnessed the challenges of the care sector firsthand. While supporting his mother who had dementia, Richard experienced the frustrations of unreliable information and fragmented care services. As a Director at 2iC, he realised that the same technology powering military defence systems could change telecare by enabling seamless integration of devices or systems.

Richard recognised that the care sector needed solutions that could integrate with any type of care peripheral. This led to the development of our flagship product, Andi an end-to-end digital technology enabled care solution that combines an in-home dispersed alarm unit and remote monitoring dashboard to enable care providers to deliver preventative care. Andi is known for unparalleled interoperability that connects seamlessly with both analogue and digital telecare peripherals, making it ideal for local authority care services grappling with the Digital Transition.

In 2024, we proudly announced Sony UK Technology Centre as our Andi Hub manufacturing partner, strengthening our commitment to British manufacturing excellence and supply chain resilience. Today, we're at the forefront of the digital care transformation, creating solutions that bridge the gap between traditional analogue and cutting-edge digital technology enabled care.
