How Does Andi Send Alarms to the ARC

Andi's exceptional performance in alarm delivery is rooted in its use of SCAIP (Social Care Alarm Internet Protocol) to the ARC and Lean Services Protocol to the Andi Cloud. If a message fails via SCAIP our cloud services will redirect the message via the cloud to the ARC, using the SCAIP protocol, as expected by the ARC software.

Maintain connectivity across multiple channels (WiFi, Ethernet, SIM)
Redirect alarms to alternative endpoints when primary routes are unavailable
Utilise minimal bandwidth for alarm transmission through the Lean Services protocol

Andi’s interoperability means you can connect to many types of RF868 care peripherals, which means you can keep using your existing peripheral stock and make your Digital Switchover more cost effective!
